My goal in becoming a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist is to guide and provide supportive and professional real estate services to individuals and family members who find themselves responsible for handling real estate transactions from estates of family members or friends. Eighteen years ago, I bought my first home here in Palm Springs. I was born in the midwest and came to California as a young boy. My diverse education includes a Master’s in Public Administration which I utilized professionally in the fields of mental health, social services, business administration including contract negotiations and extensive customer care. My experience as a business owner, for over sixteen years in the home design and furnishings world provides me with a strong foundation of not only interior and exterior architecture, design, but also the ability for taking care of each client with their particular taste, desires and needs.
