I have worked diligently building the necessary expertise to become a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES).  Probate properties account for approximately 90% of  all of my business.
In addition to my Real Estate Broker’s license, I have a Louisiana Appraiser License. ¬†In an effort to offer the suite of services necessary at this unique and challenging time, I can refer an estate sale liquidator for all the personal items in the property.¬†The goal is to provide ready access to an innovative team of service providers that offer all the necessary √† la carte services to meet all of your clients‚Äô specific needs with ultimate flexibility.
Ross Realty, LLC will provide exceptional service to your clients.  The appraiser will perform any necessary  real estate appraisals.  The estate sale liquidator will sell the unwanted movable items in the house.  My brokerage will list the property during the estate sale or shortly thereafter moving rapidly toward act of sale.  I have performed this service for numerous clients being ever vigilant to handle the process with the utmost compassion and care.
