A USN Veteran, Attorney at Law Rosalie Davis, holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology, Certification as an Ohio Chemical Dependency Counseling Assistant, and is a Nationally Accredited Veterans’ Representative for the preparation and representation of claims for veterans benefits before the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Court of Appeals for Veteran Claims (CAVC) . Professional affiliations includes the California State Bar, the National Organization for Veterans Advocacy (NOVA), and the Psi Chi International Honor Society in Psychology.
