The law offices of Jung Disability and Injury Advocates are located in Mount Pleasant, S.C. and were established in 2000. I graduated from Davidson College in 1987 with a bachelor’s degree in history. I then went on to complete law school at St. John’s University in 1990. I practiced law in the state of New York for 10 years prior to moving my practice to Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. I am admitted to practice in state and federal courts in South Carolina and New York. My principal practice areas are disability, personal injury, civil litigation, and trial and appellate practice. I have over 30 years experience before federal and state trial courts, as well as, in appellate practice. I offer direct, personal contact and responsibility for each and every client matter. Our firm offers a wide range of legal services, including but not limited to: personal injury, workers’ compensation, social security disability appeals, ERISA cases, real estate litigation, representation in DSS cases, foreclosure defense and loan modification, commercial litigation, landlord/tenant disputes, debt collection and defense, and trial practice in all courts.
