Daniel Jeck

A founding member of Eisenberg, Rothweiler, Winkler, Eisenberg & Jeck, P.C. with more than 30 years of experience, Mr. Jeck has tried dozens of cases throughout his career and achieved remarkable results for his clients, which include numerous multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements. Born in Philadelphia, Daniel earned his B.A. degree from Pennsylvania State University in 1989 and his J.D. from the Temple University School of Law in 1992. He has lectured at the Temple University School of Law and the Villanova School of Law. He has frequently presented and coordinated programs in the field of trial advocacy for his peers, comprised of courses involving premises liability, breast cancer litigation, trial strategy, deposition strategy and the MCARE Act. Mr. Jeck has handled pro bono matters on behalf of the Philadelphia Volunteers for the Indigent Program and the Philadelphia Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts.
