Phil Aurbach

Phil Aurbach graduated from Western Kentucky University in 1973 in Business Administration with a Finance emphasis. He then attended the University of San Diego School of Law and graduated in 1977 after serving as the Research Editor of the San Diego Law Review. After a brief period with the Clark County District Attorney’s office and several law firms, until 1988 when Mr. Aurbach merged his firm with Al Marquis’ firm to form Marquis Aurbach. He was admitted to practice in Nevada in September 1977 and, although not a certified specialist as defined by the State Bar, he enjoys contract law, commercial litigation, real estate law, partnership and corporate dissolution as well as mediating and arbitrating business disputes. When Mr. Aurbach is not in the office, you can usually find him on the tennis court or with his wife, Leigh, or both.
